Why I liked my visit. Diana at the front desk welcomed me and went over what was to be done and the cost, setting expectations. Lori hygienist acknowledged she had reviewed my history. Based on that I had sensitive teeth let me know that she would be doing manual teeth cleaning rather than laser. Gentle cleaning - I did not feel any discomfort. Cordial. Lauren xray tech - I am historically challenging for X-rays because I have a small mouth. She was positive and persistent and tried alternate approaches til she got the job done. Dr Stout - Thoroughly explained the findings of the exams to me putting things in laymen’s terms.

From the moment I arrive and encounter my visit with the administrators, I feel a sense of warmth and calmness. Dr. Stout and his assistants are all very kind, gentle, considerate and observant to my needs as their patient. I’m very grateful for the entire staff.
